Miracle tract distribution!
Hi everyone. Today I was in the post office doing some business. I some evangelism tracts in my pocket and the
person next to me was a young lady writing on a birthday card. We got eye contact for a second so I said to her ‘Hi, how are you?’ She said ‘great, how are you?’ ‘Fine’ I said. Then I said, ‘Hey, would you like one of these?’ showing her the booklet. She read the title ‘How to be sure of going to heaven at death’ and immediately her eyes lit up. She as a Christian from Canada travelling around NZ with non-Christian friends. She took to the tract, popped it into the birthday card envolope, sealed it, and posted it! She explained it was going to her non-Christian sister in Canada! She had been praying about what to send her and saw this as a miraculous answer to her prayers! That’s not all. She asked for half a dozen more so she could give them to the non-Christians she was travelling with. How cool is that! So, what are the lessons? Always carry tracts, and always be ready and watching for opportunities. God could use you too as the answer to someone’s prayers! Second lesson? The opportunities are there everywhere, everyday. Learn to spot them and make the most of them – life becomes a whole lot more fun when you start to live with this mindset. At the end of each day, I lay my head on m pillow and reflect on the day. Without fail, the stuff I have done with God for His purposes is the highlight. Everything else pales into insignificance.

"I have been an evangelist for nearly 20 years. I have travelled to many countries, motivating and equipping the Church to evangelise.
But do you know what I have noticed? Nearly every genuine believer in the Church today feels disappointment when they meditate on their output and skill in evangelism. If this is you, help is on the way. All the resources on this site are designed to bring you, step by step, out of disappointment and into a place of success and victory!"

Excellent Discipleship Studies from Peter Cheyne, Incoming Presbyterian Moderator
As incoming Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand, I have chosen the theme “Disciple making-making Disciples.” My desire is to see the church re-engaging with the Great Commission which I understand to include proclaiming the gospel, (evangelism) bringing people to faith in Jesus (harvesting), and bringing people to maturity in Jesus (which is often called “discipling”). Jesus talked about “baptising them” and “teaching them to obey everything I have commanded.” That means that disciples grow to become disciple-makers.
I have written a series of 6 small group studies on the topic of disciple-making. A pdf version can be found at Link Word Here. You are very welcome to make use of them.
I’m very grateful to come across resources that can help churches be effective in these tasks, including Julian’s Evangelism Discipleship resources. We both simply want to resource the church for the completion of the Great Commission.
